Part of our job is to determine your needs and then fulfill them. Having worked for both large and small companies, as well as working directly with businesses, the WDSB team understands what small business owners go through in developing a website, regardless of the route they take. We want to make your experience easy but also worthwhile.
GuaranteesSatisfaction Guarantee, Pay-on-PublishWe make getting a website for your small business a risk-free investment. We know that most business owners are not web savvy. They don't often know what they're getting into with a website, and they don't often know what they're going to get. So our guarantee to you is that if you order a website and don't like what we deliver, you don't have to pay for it -- not one cent!Once we complete your website, we will deliver a preview that only you can view. While the website is in preview, we will make revisions based on the services agreed upon in our proposal. For instance, if you want to change the text or images on a page, we will do that at no charge. However, if you want to add an additional page that was not included in our proposal, we will charge extra. (Of course, we will discuss the charge with you and always get your approval.) If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the website, you don't have to pay us. If you choose to publish your website, though, we will expect full payment within five business days unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Remember, we give you the choice to back out of this website at any time up until you choose to publish. So feel free to give us a try because if you're not happy, you won't lose a penny. * The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all services unless otherwise noted in the proposal. Guaranteed EstimatesWhen we deliver a proposal, you will see a very detailed list of services and our price to complete the job. You can agree to the proposal or have it revised by adding or removing services. However, once a proposal is agreed upon, we will render all services and only charge what we estimated.Even if a service requires ten more hours than we anticipated, that is our fault and our loss. Also, keep our Satisfaction Guarantee in mind. If you feel we should have delivered more than we did, you retain the right to back out of the website and not pay us a cent. * The Guaranteed Estimate applies to all proposals, regardless of service or price.
